On the occasion of E3, a number of websites got the opportunity to play Kena: Bridge of Spirits , an action-adventure game developed by Ember Lab.As a result, the Internet was flooded with extensive gameplays from the project.
The gameplay videos come from the nearly completed version of the game (the release is to take place in a little over two months), so they give a good idea of what the full release of Kena: Bridge of Spiritswill offer. We can see on them, among others, exploration, platforming elements and, above all, combat.
The game looks quite promising on the materials. It won’t win awards for original ideas, but it seems to efficiently implement proven solutions while adding some rarely seen mechanics, such as controlling groups of creatures helping the heroine. In addition, the project makes a very good impression in terms of execution, especially considering that it was created by a small independent studio with only 15 people.
